The Responsible Gaming Foundation invites applications for the post of Operator (Call Centre) within the Responsible Gaming Foundation.

Job Type:

  • Full time


  • Birkirkara, Malta

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Preferably ‘O’ Level standard of education


  • Being part of the RGF call centre team on a shift basis and receiving all incoming telephone calls from the public
  •  Referring incoming calls to professional bodies as and when necessary
  • Answering all enquiries and providing assistance as necessary to the public
  • Maintaining and updating a central database as regards to all calls received and action taken thereon
  • Maintaining records for statistical purposes
  • Assisting in public awareness programmes
  • Making photocopies and shredding documents
  • Scanning documents and saving on servers
  • Attending training courses and exhibitions both locally and abroad
  • Any other duties as directed by the General Manager and his/her representatives

Other remarks:


If multiple Education and Language Profiles are defined, please note that you must fit at least one of them, but not necessarily all.

  • Knowledgeable in the English Language
  • Knowledgeable in the Maltese Language
